Ditch the Pitch. Build Trust. Close 51 Doors in One Month.
A Memphis-based BDM proves that care, clarity, and community beat cold calls and commissions every time.
Being a landlord isn’t always easy…and some don’t make it easy for their tenants, either.
That’s why strong, committed property managers matter. When they truly support both the owners they serve and the communities they work in, everyone wins.
Most property managers say they do that. But with Jenni Smith of Foundation Property Management, it’s not just talk. It’s how she runs her business every day.
Jenni has built what many only hope for: real trust with her clients, deep care for her community, and a growing number of doors to show for it.
Strategic PM sat down with Jenni to learn more about her journey, the people-first philosophy that fuels her success, and how Foundation attracts so many clients.
