How Renters Warehouse completes the lifecycle with a unique approach.

For the last five years, Cassie Parker has been a business development manager for Renters Warehouse in Hampton Roads, Virginia. She’s living proof that the value you bring to clients helps you improve the business and create meaningful life cycles. It’s all about establishing trusting relationships early on.

Cassie has seen former tenants return as owners or landlords for real estate and property management (PM) assistance. Strategic PM sat down with her to discuss the results she’s seen and the Renters Warehouse strategy.

Renters Warehouse – Hampton Roads, Virginia, has a niche market because of the company’s location. There are many different military bases in the area, so this population makes up most of their audience. However, they do also serve many investors and everyday landlords.

What this means for property management: sometimes military members get called away suddenly and need help with their properties. Renters Warehouse is there to support them throughout their journey. This helps them establish meaningful relationships with owners based on trust, exceptional service, and reliability.

Cassie now understands that those trusting connections can start at the tenant stage, which ultimately helps everyone involved.
