About The Publisher
I’m Jeremy Pound, and I’ve been a self-supported entrepreneur running service-based companies (just like you) since I was 20 years old. I’ve learned a ton over these last two+ decades, but no lesson has made a bigger impact on me than the idea of strategic thinking. To sum that up, that means doing the right things instead of doing more things.
Jordan Muela (LeadSimple) and I started RentScale to help property managers master the art of customer acquisition in late 2018, and I’ve been enamored with the residential property management industry ever since. Watching over 400 companies navigate growth and optimization over these last few years has led me to believe that we’re all just a few ideas away from a breakthrough.
I hope you find one of those ideas here.

A growing and maturing industry needs a source of inspiration from industries slightly further along on their growth curve as well as an archive of mistakes made along the way, and a place to collect the breakthroughs that have been made so that others can build on those successes.
This industry has been so good to me and our team at RentScale, so this is our attempt at repaying you all.
