“We’d sometimes go two weeks without calling people back,” Rob admits now, with a laugh that carries equal parts disbelief and regret. “We just couldn’t keep up. I was running operations, Leslie was juggling her role and the sales side…well, it wasn’t getting the attention it needed.”
For the Kazans, owners of First Choice Property Management in Fort Worth, Texas, this was the stall. The moment so many property management companies eventually hit: when steady operations collide with exhausted leadership, and growth grinds to a halt.
